Return Policy

01. Return Rules
- Return Window: Request must be initiated within 14 Days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unopened, and Factory-Sealed condition.
- Authentication: All internal security seals and tags must remain intact.
02. The Process
- Step 1: Contact support with your order number and clear photos of the item.
- Step 2: Ship the item using a tracked service once approved.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 Business Days after inspection.
03. Exclusions
- Single Cards: All individual cards are strictly Non-Returnable.
- Opened Product: Any item with a broken factory seal is ineligible.
- Clearance: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
04. Damage Claims
Trading card products are generally non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For verification, please record a continuous video from the sealed delivery package through the full unboxing process. This documentation allows us to review the condition of the package and contents so we can determine an appropriate resolution if necessary.
